Refunds Policy

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to get a refund from us.

We have created this 30-day refunds/returns policy to enable you to return services to us in appropriate circumstances.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any service in accordance with the terms of this returns policy as long as you give us 30-days notice, however should you wish to cancel services with us after this date we will still consider your request. Please contact us using the contact form or telephone 01223 298045.

Please call between 9.00 am and 17.30 pm (Monday / Friday) and we will be pleased to offer you full technical support.

If we are unable to rectify the problem you are experiencing over the phone we will provide you with a full refund. Please report problems with any product or service within 30 days from the date of purchase for a no questions asked 100% refund. There is one exception to this rule all none .uk domain name registrations are final.

If your request falls outside of the 30 day cut off period we will still try find a solution to the problem and accommodate your needs.

If your return request is for a non-tangible product relating to an Internet service provided by us to you you can also get in touch by completing the contact form.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Domain Name Complaints / Abuse

If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at support@floristwindow.com with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint immediately.

Escalation Process

Here at Florist Window we like to think we get it right all the time, every time but the truth of it is everyone gets it wrong from time to time. We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our customers. If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at support@floristwindow.com including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

If you’re not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, than please feel free to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure.
