I left another company after being recommended to try Uk superweb for my Florist Website, spoke to Tim for a while on phone,,,,, and learnt more in the first 30min than I had with my old provider after 18 months, after I transferred (which was simple) My online sales changed virtually overnight... I have had comments from my customers and other florists alike, Tim is always there to help which is very comforting but you have to be careful he is so proud of the work he does and he likes to make sure YOU are aware of every aspect of what he can do for you... so be prepared for a long phone call :) this isnt a bad thing, YOU learn a lot and after speaking to him its like you have just made a new friend.. I hope to be with Tim for a very long time. I cant thank the florist that recommended me to him enough. Our new website with online ordering is bringing us a lot more business especially from Canada and the USA ( I guess the time difference there makes it hard to phone an order through), we are also experiencing many customers looking at our website first, then phoning an order through. The initial set up was very straight forward and quick, you do not need to be an IT "geek" to do it. Tim was very helpful and enthusiastic and gave us great advice, he is always available to help us and replies promptly to any query. hi, having been using UK superweb for some time to maintain my position on the internet and already having a different web supplier tim e-mailed me about 4 days before mothers day saying he had a new service to offer me. we then talked it through and true to his word as always my new website was up and running with its own shopping cart, new pictures and already the first orders coming in we had a great mothers day and the orders have continued at a steady flow also getting rid of yellow pages i needed something to boost the business and this has without a shadow of a doubt once again thanks tim belinda at carousel.
