What is a direct florist network?

A direct florist network allows independent florists to work together nationally and internationally while remaining fully in control of their own websites, pricing, customers and payments.

Flowers are always designed and delivered locally by real florists. The network provides shared infrastructure only, rather than acting as a central selling service.

Network-based models

Some florist networks process customer orders through central systems before passing them to local florists for fulfilment. How pricing, fees and settlement work can vary depending on the model used.

Fees and control

In commission-based or service-fee models, deductions may be applied before the florist is paid. Levels of pricing control, customer ownership and cash flow timing can differ between providers.

Direct florist cooperation

The Florist Window network enables florist-to-florist cooperation without resale, commission or third-party order interception.

Direct payment and settlement

Customers pay the florist directly using the florist’s own payment gateway. Funds are received by the florist, typically daily, with only standard card processing fees applied.

Florist Window does not process payments, hold funds, deduct commission or profit from florist flower sales.

Independent florist websites

Each florist operates their own website, brand and content, selling directly to their local customers under their own business name.

Local fulfilment

Where required, florists can fulfil orders for one another so flowers are always designed and delivered locally.

National and international sending

The network supports national and international flower sending without central order resale or commission-based routing.

We Are Florists

We Are Florists is a UK-wide consumer website that connects customers directly with real local florists. Orders are paid directly to the florist with 0% commission. Participation is optional for Florist Window clients.
