DNS Management
Florist Window provides DNS management as part of our ongoing service to florist clients. DNS is managed using secure, cloud-based infrastructure and is intentionally kept separate from our web servers to improve resilience, security and long-term scalability.
DNS is managed either directly by Florist Window or, where a florist retains their domain with an existing registrar, through secure third-party control panels with the client’s permission. This allows us to support domains registered anywhere without restricting client choice.
It is common for domain registration, website hosting and email services to be provided by different companies. We routinely manage these configurations and ensure all services are correctly aligned and fully operational.
DNS management includes configuration and support for:
- Name servers and NS records
- A and AAAA records
- CNAME records
- MX records for email routing
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
- TXT records for verification and security
We provide the same level of support whether DNS changes are inbound or outbound, ensuring continuity of service at all times.
DNS management is included as part of Florist Window support. No additional charges apply. It is included as part of our ongoing support for Florist Window clients.
